Dr. Surles is a seasoned busness executive with an award winning career in natural resource management and development.  Integrity in business and a love of Jesus Christ has given Bud a compassionate heart for seeing Christ's Church return to its 1st Century power.  He is a church leader, an accomplished speaker, teacher, and a lay pastor. He has won national recognition for his management and leadership accomplishments. He has led:

He writes and speaks from real life.  Dr. Surles served as a Rocky Mountain Guide and Outfitter; an award winning Director of Arkansas State Parks, and a leader in the National Park Service, holding positions of Assistant Superintendent of Yellowstone National Park, Chief of Concessions Management in Washington, D. C., and Associate Regional Director of the Rocky Mountain Region. He also owned and operated his own resort management, consulting and training organization.
